From 1 July 2011, The City of Florence by resolution of the City Council No.230/33 dtd 06.20.2011, integrated by resolution N.21/2012 ahs established the “Tourist Tax” that for our apartments is € 4.00 per person per night ( for maximum of 7 consecutive nights).
At your arrival I have to register your homestay with the Authority with a valid document as Passport or Identity Card for European citizens and sign a rental agreement.
